The jazz etudes in this book represent a wide variety of jazz and blues styles. All etudes are to be played with a triplet swing feel unless otherwise noted. Articulations are provided but may be changed to the players taste. Changes are provided so the player can see the material as it relates to the chords. These etudes are based on popular jazz chord progressions and forms.
